When designing AC Hotels, Marriott focused on the essentials of a beatiful stay and have created an experience unlike any other.  Breakfast found European inspiration.  Room service was replaced with the flexibility of a quick snack or evening tapas plates.  Bartenders are true urban spirits who will share the unique buzz of Charlotte and all it has to offer.  It's an experience that has been designed to give you the essentials.  

A large-scale view of Charlotte’s skyline frames the lobby and open areas—designed to inspire conversation and exchange. Clean and simple lines add simplicity and beauty to the guest rooms and suites, while small unexpected touches add character to the space. Beyond the guest rooms, hotel touch points include a well-planned fitness center, outdoor spaces and signature gathering spaces. The AC Library provides a quiet space to linger, browse and be inspired. Guests are invited to borrow a title from our curated library of modern art and design. Grounded in the idea of a traditional but modern European aesthetic, you are invited to start the day with a breakfast spread and crafted picks made specially to order in AC Kitchen. The AC Lounge is designed to suit the changing nature of work and play with a thriving culinary scene of crafted menus selections of worldwide favorites.

The AC Hotel Charlotte City Center opened at Queen City Quarter in August, 2018.  The hotel shares a lobby with the Residence Inn by Marriott on the ground floor off of East Trade Street.  The main lobby and registration desk for the hotel is on the 5th Floor of the building with 184 rooms on floors 6 through 12.

Lip Print Beauty Bar: "Where Beauty and Creativity Unite!"

Lip Print Beauty Bar is a custom lipstick and lip gloss bar.  Lip Print offers a new cosmetic experience where guests have the opportunity to create their own lipstick, lip gloss, or lip oil from start to finish. Each guest mixes and blends their own lip product to create a custom lipstick color/shade. Lip products are further customized by adding scents, flavors, glitter, shimmers, lip plumper, and more!  All of our cosmetic products are vegan friendly and cruelty-free! Lip Print Beauty Bar also offers a custom body butter experience. Guests can select their body butters and customize them with fragrance, color, and glitter/shimmer.

The MilliUp Event Center is a beautiful and versatile event space located in uptown Charlotte, NC at the newly renovated, rebranded, and re-opened, Queen City Quarter formally known as the Epicenter. The space can accommodate up to 50 guests and is perfect for a variety of events, including private parties (weddings), social gatherings (networking), corporate meetings, and non-profit organizations.

The event space is a fully customizable blank canvas with an open vendor policy that features a large open floor plan, high ceilings, and natural light. 
The space is also equipped with state-of-the-art AV equipment, 2 running 60 inch display screens that allow guest to share photos/videos and businesses/sponsors/vendors to display their product and/or logo. 
This space will also accommodate catered events with awesome recommendations.
